Smear made from FNAC sample are fixed in alcohol-
steps:-
1. Receive the sample which is fixed in alcohol.
2. Air dry the sample .
3. Put the slides in Hematoxyline stain for 3-4 minutes.
4. Wash in tape water.
5. One (1) dip in eosin .
6. Wash in tape water.
7. 1-2 dip in alcohol and allow it to dry.
8. Dip in xylene and mount in DPX.
Result:-
Nuclei-Blue
Cytoplasm:-pink
RBCs:-Orange to Pink
